I went to the $5 twilight concert series in SLC last week and it was awesome! Two great bands. The Budos Band opening for Charles Bradley. There isn't much I can say other than you had to of been there to witness it in person. However, I will supply you with some aural pleasure that is these bands. Absolutely incredible.

SLC actually has some pretty soild music venues. Im down the street from the sandy amphitheater and I can hear it from my house. I was out working on the cruiser the other day listening to some collective soul...not on my radio...just in the air.

Very nice! I have only been here for 9 months but have made it to so many amazing shows. A lot nicer than having to drive an hour to go to mediocre shows back home.
